Despite your claim that I had no interest in dealing with your concern, I did call Susi immediately after we spoke. She was on vacation but she did get back to you right away. Your flip flopping about getting a sprinkler system fixed and not wanting to pay anything to keep your property in good shape were the real issue. We thanks you for your business and hope you can get your issues resolved elsewhere.
